Neeraj Kumar

Co-Founder & Director

Neeraj has been building 'data' products for close to 2 decades now. His areas of interests are distributed systems and database internals. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing products like, GemFire, SnappyData and GemFireXD. He has built several critical subsystems like, distributed persistence, transactions, federated query engines etc, receiving awards and patents along the way. He was the Head of Engineering at SnappyData, and worked with VMWare, Pivotal, GemStone and TIBCO in the past. He is a BTech in ECE from NIT Warangal.

Hemant Bhanawat

Co-Founder & Director

Hemant has over 18 years of experience in building data products, distributed systems, query processing platforms and high performance computing. In his last role, Hemant has conceptualized and developed a cloud native database for a highly optimized storage subsystem. Prior to co-founding Falarica Analytics, Hemant has worked for Veritas, Vmware, Pivotal and SnappyData. His papers have been selected in conferences and publications and he has multiple patents to his name. He is a post graduate from IISc, Bangalore.

Suranjan Kumar

Co-Founder & Director

Suranjan has been working on distributed systems and data products for the last 14 years. He has helped build highly scalable, low latency and high throughput data products like Apache geode and SnappyData from scratch. Along the way, he has been recognized with multiple awards and patents. He has worked for GemStone Systems, Vmware, Pivotal, SnappyData and TIBCO in different roles across all aspects of SDLC. He is a graduate and post graduate from IIT Madras in Computer Science and Engineering.
